How to View/Print Your Credential (California Only)

Note: This method is for decorative purposes only; the resulting image does not include issuance and/or expiration dates and is not considered the official record of the Commission document (see CTC Coded Correspondence 08-09: New Online Credential View and Print Process, July 3, 2008).

You can print the Selected Credential Held page to include Issuance and/or Expiration Date.

Search for Application Status and Credentials Held

1. Go to https://teachercred.ctc.ca.gov/teachers/PersonalSearchProxy

2. Enter Social Security Number and Date of Birth

3. Click Search button

Summary of Application Status and Credentials Held

4. Under Credentials Held, click on the Document Title of the credential you wish to view/print

5a. STOP: Print this page if you need to show Issuance and/or Expiration Date - DO NOT submit downloaded Printer Friendly version (e.g. for PLI Application).
